Rates apply for the entire three-day conference. Mail-in memberships must be postmarked before the given date to qualify. At-con walk-in rates are charged starting on 1 November 2007. Group rate applies to groups of ten or more registered on one form. Student rate requires valid student ID. There is no "student group rate." Age ranges for youth rate (ages 13-17 years) and child rate (7-12) are at time of conference. Conference membership for babies and toddlers (6 and younger) is free. No children under the age of 16 will be admitted except in the company of their parent or adult guardian, and a waiver of the conference’s responsibility will be required of said parent or legal adult guardian. In all cases, proper ID will be required to register.

Voltaire Concert

Special attendance pricing. After 6:00 Saturday, a special $20 membership rate will be available for those who wish to attend the Voltaire Concert. Attendance to the Masqurade and other late-night events is included. This is a perfect way to experience the Conference for the Nite Owls among us.

NOTE:

Some of Voltaire's material is rated PG-13 or R.  Parents with young children -- or anyone who is easily shocked -- are warned in advance.   Remember, not every programming item at Philcon is intended for every member of the conference, nor should they be.  Discretion is advised.
