Please note: the schedule is subject to change, and such changes are reported in the at-con one-sheet newsletter, the Philcon Rocket. Panels don't often move, but participants may be added or dropped for reasons beyond our control or theirs.

Programming Overview

Philcon is a generalist conference — it has something for (almost) everyone. If you're interested in SF, fantasy or horror... in the written form, filmic, or interactive... from the US, England, Japan, or elsewhere... its content, foundation or craft... then we've probably got events to tickle your fancy and expand your mind. Some popular events return year after year, but we're always designing new ones.

Suggestions?

For an idea of previous programs, you can examine archived annual copies of the website. Got an idea for something new? Some new literary trend we're not addressing, an unexpected synthesis between genres, a cultural movement that will rock the foundations of fandom? Please, contact us and suggest it!

Program Participants & Volunteers

Nothing gets done without people. Program events, such as panel discussions and art demos, are lead by participants who are contacted and scheduled beforehand. At the con, volunteers help by monitoring activity areas and fixed equipment, counting attendance, running errands, erecting the art show, and toting loads.
