Philcon 2005 Registration
At-The-Door Registration
Registration at the door will be:
- Regular Weekend Rate: $50
- Group Weekend Rate: $45
- Promotional "Youth" Weekend Rate (age 7 to 25): $25
- Babies and Toddlers (age 6 and under; also see Babysitting): Free
- Day Rate - Friday: $20
- Day Rate - Saturday: $35
- Day Rate - Sunday: $20
Registration Table Hours:
Friday: 2:00 pm-8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Payment Policy
We accept check, money order and credit card. Please make all checks payable to
Philadelphia Science Fiction Society.
Group Memberships
For groups of 10 or more Philcon offers special discount rates. Please be sure to provide the
name, and address of each individual in your group so that we can send confirmation and future
flyers.

Volunteering
Would you like to volunteer for Philcon? For more information, please contact Mr. Shirt at
volunteer2005@philcon.org
Fill out the volunteer portion of the registration form, or go to the volunteer table at
Philcon. Any time you can give is appreciated. Your volunteer hours can be based on your
schedule and work area preference. Those who sign up first will be given the choicest of
assignments. Volunteers under the age of 18 will need to sign a release form and in some cases
should be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteer Table Hours:
Friday: 2 pm-8 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 5 pm
Volunteer Incentives
- We have a raffle for our volunteers!
- Ten hours volunteering earns a free Philcon membership for 2006
- "Double time" is earned for work done before the con starts - work Thursday on Art Show load-in or Friday on con set-up
- "
Triple Quadruple time" is earned for work on Sunday evening load out (dinner is also provided)
