Philcon 2005 Exhibitors Information

Philcon brings artists, dealers, and fan groups who focus on the Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror genres, to exhibit all under one roof.

Art Show

The Philcon Art Show is currently one of the larger East Coast SF/F con art shows. Both flat and 3D artwork (but only one copy of any print) will be accepted for display and sale in the Art show. There will be a charity Sketch-a-Thon and an auction to benefit ASFA on Sunday (Donations of artwork for the auction will be gratefully accepted and are tax deductible!).

Dealers

Our dealer's room is full this year and we are no longer accepting applications.

Dealers Room Hours:
Dealer Setup: starts at 12 Noon - 5 PM
Friday: 5 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM to 7:30 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 3 PM

Fan Organizations

A limited number of tables are available for the use of other conventions, fan groups, and non-profit organizations to promote their activities. To be added to the exhibition table request list, please contact us at exhibits2005@philcon.org or via our toll-free number, 877-744-2315.

Room Party Registration

If your group intends to run an open party at Philcon, please contact the party czar, Gary Feldbaum, at party2005@philcon.org prior to Philcon. (Don't forget to ask about the freebies.) Philcon membership is required to host a party. Please note that alcohol may not be served at open parties. Any party that does serve alcohol must be closed/invitation. The hosts will be responsible for checking the ages of the attendees. You will be notified of your suite assignments. When you contact us, be sure to include the following:

• The name of your group
• The tentative day and time of your party
• Whether you'd like a suite or not
• The name the room will be listed under
• If there will be additional people staying in the room
• If you would like a room near another friend/group
