$40 until October 25th (postmarked)
$45 after October 25th and at the door.
Do NOT send any registration express-mail. (The postmark date is significant).
No pre-reg postmarked after November 1st will be accepted.
Children of age seven through twelve are $20 in advance and at the door*
Children under seven are free when accompanied by an adult.*

*-Babysitting is extra. See Babysitting below.

When sending in more than one membership, please be sure to provide the name, and address if different, of each individual so we can send confirmation and future flyers. "Badge" names are possible, provided we also have your real name.

Babysitting

Parents and children must be pre-registered by October 25th, 2000. Babysitting is for children ages three months to six years old. Age determination date is Nov. 17, 2000. The fee is $45 per child, and includes the cost of a regular child's membership; parents must spend at least two hours per child helping out in Babysitting. Juice and crackers will be available for snacks.

Hours are:

Friday: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm; 6:00pm to midnight.
Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; 6:00 pm to midnight.
Sunday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

You must pick up your child for the dinner hour on Friday and Saturday, and you must feed your children all other meals. Juice and crackers will be provided for snacks. Philcon reserves the right to refuse to provide baby-sitting services or end services to any child when we feel it is appropriate.

Roommate Matching

We don't want anyone to miss Philcon because of a tight budget. To help, we are offering to match fans who are willing to share the cost of a hotel room. If you wish to take advantage of this free service, please fill out the appropriate area of the registration form or write to us with the following info:

The dates you'll be arriving and departing
The type of room you want (quiet or party, smoking or non)
Whether you are willing to share the room with a member of the opposite sex
**Please note: you must already be a registered attendee of Philcon before any roommate services can be performed.**

If you're already registered, email us with your request. We'll then send you contact information (email if available, else phone number) of a compatible candidate when one becomes available. You contact them directly. If you agree on arrangements, let us know, and we'll take the two of you out of the pool. If not, we keep trying. We cannot guarantee success. Please act quickly. You still have to reserve your own hotel room before the deadline, once you receive a roommate.
