Philcon Regency Ball this year will be Friday night. Join other fans at a traditional fannish Regency Ball run by the Elegant Arts Society. These dances are inspired by the novels of Georgette Heyer and Jane Austen.
Country dances and waltzes will be taught and prompted by Susan de Guardiola. No partner, No dance experience, nor special costume is needed to enjoy this style of early nineteenth-century ballroom dance We will definitely teach and dance "The Congress of Vienna"!

For its second year, Philcon is pleased to offer Programmed Gaming events brought to you by PAGE--the Philadelphia Area Gaming Enthusiasts. Representing all genres of gaming: RPGs, CCGs, Miniatures, Board Games, and Strategic/Tactical Games--over more than 120 hours, the PAGE Gaming Room has something for every taste. And this year promises to be even better, with more events, more prizes and more surprises!
In addition, PAGE is pleased to present a series of gaming-related panels and presentations. As with last year, all programmed gaming requires pre-registration via mail, e-mail or on-site. First workshop: Cynthia Baumann--Cynthia is a instructor. Her classes are well attended in the New Jersey, Delaware, & Pennsylvania areas.
Second workshop: Valerie Dishong-Willeford (Miraj)--She is the lovely corset maker--she and her husband are Brute Force Leather and Lace in the Dealer's Room and are returning this year. Miraj is quite a popular teacher.
A Hafla will be held in the afternoon.
