Once Again the Fabulous Philcon Masquerade will be held on Saturday evening at 9:00 pm with judging according to the International Costumer's Guild Guidelines, plus awards for workmanship. We will also feature costuming programming, which will cover topics for all costumers, from Novices to Masters. We want you to wear your hall costumes! And to encourage you in your creativity, we will be issuing several awards specifically for hall costumes.
